Elin has over 30 years of experience in project management, line management and business consulting, mainly in the oil and gas, banking and finance, and healthcare sectors. She has worked as a consultant her entire working career and has gained significant industry expertise, in addition to the ability to enter and understand new organizations.
Previous experience includes acquisition and implementation of CRM and ERP systems in international organizations, optimization of processes in banking and finance, as well as business consulting in the oil service sector.
